FerryFriend was created by Jordan Soltman in 2014 when he became frustrated with the existing ferry apps and wanted something reliable for his daily commute. The first version of FerryFriend launched in the App Store in September 2014 with a simple goal: provide accurate, easy-to-use ferry information when you need it most.

Over the years, FerryFriend has evolved from a single-platform app to a comprehensive ferry companion available on both iOS and Android. What started as a weekend project has grown into a full-time commitment to serving thousands of daily commuters and casual riders across the Pacific Northwest. We're constantly working to improve the app and add features that make ferry travel easier for everyone.

FerryFriend is developed by True Course Inc., a software consultancy that specializes in working with clients who have never built apps before. We take ideas from initial concepts, through thoughtful design, and into production with apps that people love to use.
